I was so pleased to come across your blog as I had just recently seen the movie Julie and Julia and have such a passion for everthing Disney and had contemplated about doing a blog on Disney World/Disney Land Recipes and share the experience with others. Your blog is a great encouragement of challenging myself to experiment with all the different recipes. Thank you and keep it up :)

Does anyone have the recipes for the White Truffle and Herb Butter sauce served on the filet mignon at Le Cellier in Epcot (Canada) or the Sterling Silver Pork Tenderloin with White Cheddar Mustard Spaetzle served at Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney Hollywood Studios? If so I'd love to have them. Thanks.
