Wanna know how to make WDW restaurant-quality fettucine alfredo at home? It's easier than you think. No, really. The sauce has two ingredients. Sometimes simple is better, my friends.
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh fettuccine noodles
4 quarts boiling, salted water
1 cup unsalted Plugra butter, softened (Or use normal butter if you can't find Plugra)
1/3 to 1/2 cup Parmesano Reggiano cheese, freshly grated
Method:
1. Melt butter over very low heat. Go ahead and boil the pasta while the butter is melting.
2. Whisk in grated parmesan cheese; continue whisking over a low heat until the cheese melts and the butter/cheese sauce becomes a creamy consistency.
3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and place in large pasta bowl; toss with sauce. Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper.

MMMMMMM I'm going to have to try that
Great dish. One problem, this is not a recipe from Tutto Italia. Tutto does not serve Fettuccine Alfredo. This recipe was the signature dish of the restaurant that occupied that location before Tutto Italia, Alfredo of Rome (http://www.alfredos.com/orlando.html)
You are correct and it was fantastic! Those fresh noodles that they used made it to die for! I wish it was still there :(
