Twas the Day After Christmas

Twas the day after Christmas and all through my house,
The family was buzzing about gifts from the Mouse,
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
Filled up with presents that arrived there by air.

The pins, how they twinkled! The Holiday Stitch, how merry!
And WDW candy in chocolate, mint, and cherry.
The soaps from Basin to keep me clean all year,
And a D23 membership to make me smile from ear to ear.

A book about Walt that I'll read through real quick,
All this and more from my good friend St. Nick.
But those were just for me, still more was for others,
A Belle shirt for my sister and a Mickey scoop for Mother,

Peas in a Pod and a plush Chef Mickey,
And Disney cooking bowls to make things sweet and sticky,
After months of shopping, Christmas was over real quick,
Leaving a pile of paper and one glad Disney Chick.
