When it comes to rides, I'm pretty adventurous. Spin me, launch me, flip me upside down - I enjoy the thrill that comes with going on an "extreme" ride. But when it comes to scary rides, I will admit to being one big
So, this counts me out of two major WDW attractions - the Haunted Mansion and Tower of Terror. I have been on both. As anyone who has been on the Haunted Mansion will tell you, that ride isn't really terrifying - spooky and creepy, yes. And perhaps this is a testament to the great work of the WDW Imagineers, but the theming of the queue and the pre-show alone are enough to give me a serious case of the willies. I absolutely hate haunted houses and feeling scared in general, and I got that horrible sense of dread and foreboding before I even got into my Doom Buggy. And while I concede that the ride itself is really not that bad, I just don't like feeling anxious and alarmed while on vacation.
My real issue lies with this one:

I know it's a little blasphemous to count out two of WDW's most popular attractions, but I like my rides (extreme or otherwise) a little lighter - with rock stars and mythical mountain creatures rather than ghosts and ghouls. Anyone out there feel the same way? Or are you braver than me? Tales of fight or flight in the comments, please!
